NAVIGATE THE COMPLEXITIES OF
ESTATE PLANNING & ESTATE SETTLEMENT

The Family Estate Manager™ is an online tool that will guide you and your loved ones through the estate planning and estate settlement process. It is seamless, cost-effective, and worry-free. Designed by legal professionals with more than fifty years of experience, the Family Estate Manager follows the law and minimizes your time and reduce errors.

Estate planning is the act of preparing for the transfer of a person’s wealth and assets after his or her death. Assets include life insurance, pensions, real estate, cars, personal belongings and debts. The word “estate” may seem grand, but everyone in the world has an estate. An estate is simply everything you own; minus everything you owe. Estate planning protects and tracks your estate and eliminates many uncertainties for your loved ones. The Family Estate Manager is a step-by-step guide to help you maximize the value of your estate by reducing taxes and other expenses so you can maximize the inheritances you leave to your loved ones.

Estate settlement is the process of distributing your estate upon your death. Losing a loved one is an emotional and stressful time and it can be compounded when you must also manage through the affairs of the loved one’s estate. Settling an estate will require your loved ones to work with a “personal representative” and possibly an attorney, whose roles are to manage the proper settling of your estate. The Family Estate Manager has simplified the estate settling process by helping your family and personal representative easily and efficiently place the estate in order. A personal representative is the person you select to manage the affairs of your estate and ultimately pay any bills that are owed and distribute your estate as mandated in your will.
